Why is Cherokee Communications reducing prices now?

We understand choosing a plan can be tricky, so we wanted to simplify the process. With our new Straight-forward Pricing, most customers will see a reduction in monthly rates. For those who want to keep their existing plan, you're under no obligation to change.

Can I get a standalone service rather than bundling?

‍While you save more money by bundling services, yes, you may order any service as a standalone service. For instance, in the past, network limitations required us to deliver TV and Internet together; now, you may order TV, Internet, or phone separately.

Can I get Internet without a landline (phone)?

Yes.

Can I get 25Mbps Internet with TV?

Our reliable TV service uses significant bandwidth, which may degrade TV service on a 25Mbps connection. To provide you with the best value, we recommend bundling TV with Internet 10, Internet 15, or Fiber Internet (where available). The technical details can be a little overwhelming, so we're happy to help you choose the plan that's best for you.

Do I need to sign a new contract?

If you're currently under contract, there's no new contract required. If you're a current customer who's not under contract, you'll need to sign a new 1-year service agreement. If you're a new customer, you'll need to sign a 1-year service agreement. If you're unsure, just call and ask.

What about early termination fees?

Straight-forward Pricing means no surprises on your bill. That's why we offer reduced monthly pricing with a 1-year term. If you need to cancel service, early termination fees may apply.
