Migration Timeline

  • Start: Friday, March 20 at approximately 4:00 PM
  • Completion: Monday morning, March 23

During this time, email access may be temporarily unavailable or intermittent.

What to Expect

  • You may experience brief interruptions in sending or receiving email
  • Access to your mailbox may be limited during parts of the migration
  • Some email apps may stop working until updated with your new settings

Temporary Password

Before the migration begins, you will receive a temporary password.

You will use this password to log in after the migration is complete.

Important:
After logging in, you must change your password.

After the migration, you can access your email using webmail:

Update Your Devices

If you use email apps like Outlook, iPhone, or Android, you may need to update your settings after the migration.
