Lifeline broadband benefit
Lifeline is a federal program that lowers the monthly cost of phone and internet to qualified households based on income eligibility and/or participation in other eligible assistance programs. Beginning 2022, Lifeline benefit applies to broadband internet only.

The Lifeline phone benefit will expire December 31, 2021 and will then apply to broadband only.
π Phone-only customers: To avoid losing Lifeline benefits, you will need to enroll in broadband and transfer your benefit. To get started, call us today.
π + π Phone and internet customers: Your Lifeline benefit will transfer from phone to broadband internet. To confirm eligibility, call us today.
π Web-only customers: If you're an internet customer without phone service, you may be eligible for additional benefits. Visit our Emergency Broadband Benefit page to get started.
